You can tell he is more of a cars guy than a salesman, even by the little things like the type of car he drives. He was very clean and organized every time I asked for something he was there right away. I saw a minor scuff on my car when I was inspecting it before buying and Walter told me he would get it out and did by the time I was done with the paperwork. Just bought my car at LA Honda World. I travel many hours to visit this dealership and I met a great person named Najma, she called me when the car I wanted was in and let me test drives it. I was sold and on the day I came to pick my car that has different color than the one I test drove the day before, she took me over to see the new car and ask if I want to test drive it before they details it and hand it over to me. My husband and I bought a car yesterday and Karina was the one to help us. She was helpful, patient but also went above and beyond. My boyfriend bought his first car here literally yesterday and it was so amazing! They worked so hard to make sure we left with a brand new 2024 Honda civic sport.
